General refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase. Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will normally not be considered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Digital products and services
Digital services such as Boost Credits, promotional placements, featured placements, advertising, and premium digital creator tools are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, consumed, or substantially performed.
Service delivery problems
A refund may be considered if the purchased service was not provided substantially as described.
- Purchased Boost Credits were never credited.
- A promotional placement was not activated.
- Advertising was removed substantially earlier than the purchased duration.
- A technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service.
If a creator purchases seven days of advertising and Bloxive provides only five days due to a Bloxive error, the creator may contact support for review.
Refund review
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Submission does not automatically guarantee approval. Bloxive may request transaction details, account information, screenshots, an order ID, and an explanation of the issue.
Refund notifications
The user will be notified by email when the request is received, approved, rejected, or processed.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may depend on the payment network or provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
