1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bloxive, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable platform rules.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Accounts must not be created by children under 13. Users who are minors must have any legally required permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Platform Role
Bloxive operates a platform that hosts, indexes, organizes, and displays content submitted by independent users. Bloxive generally does not author third-party scripts and does not guarantee that user-submitted content is accurate, functional, secure, compatible, or appropriate for any particular use.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to download, copy, run, or otherwise use content; complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules; and protecting your accounts, devices, and data. You use third-party content at your own discretion and risk.
5. User-Generated Content
Creators retain ownership of content they submit. By publishing on Bloxive, creators grant Bloxive a non-exclusive license to host, cache, display, reproduce for platform presentation, create thumbnails or previews, distribute through Bloxive, and promote the submitted content within Bloxive. This license exists only as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.
6. Content Removal
Bloxive may remove or restrict content that violates platform rules, appears malicious, infringes intellectual property, violates law, threatens platform security, or creates unacceptable risk for users.
7. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Bloxive may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, malicious uploads, manipulation of platform metrics, repeated rule violations, or other serious violations.
8. Paid Services
Bloxive may offer promotional placements, Boost Credits, premium creator features, advertising placements, subscriptions, and other digital services. Purchasing promotion does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, users, conversions, downloads, followers, revenue, or other business results unless specifically stated in the purchase agreement. Promoted content will be clearly identified where appropriate.
Boost Credits are digital promotional credits, are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as money, cannot normally be transferred between users, and are governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
Bloxive may contain links to external websites, Discord servers, Roblox experiences, creator websites, or third-party services. Bloxive is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
10. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxive is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, compatibility, or the security of third-party content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxive and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or third-party content, including account restrictions or bans, lost data, device problems, lost profits, third-party actions, or reliance on user-submitted content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to the Platform
Bloxive may modify, suspend, add, or remove features.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will display an updated date and, where appropriate, a notification.
14. Intellectual Property
The Bloxive website design, original branding, original interface, original graphics, and original platform code and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This does not transfer ownership of user-submitted content to Bloxive.
15. Roblox Disclaimer
Bloxive is an independent and unofficial community platform. Bloxive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
